March 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) placed short-term notes with great success yesterday.

According to the Baku Stock Exchange, on March 14, the CBA sold notes with ISIN-code 50101167S. They were offered in the amount of AZN 200 mln for a period of 28 days.

22 investors submitted 26 bids for purchase of notes in the amount of AZN1,039,240.5. Investors gave AZN 99.3812 for notes (annual yield of 8.01%).

According to the decision of the Central Bank, the cut-off price was set at AZN 99.3812 manats (8.01% yield) and the weighted average price corresponded to it.

As a result, short-term notes for AZN 200 mln were placed.
