ABC.AZ reports that the company increased its authorized capital by 20% or by AZN 136,000 – from AZN 680,000 up to AZN 816,000.

To increase the capital, the nominal value of 680,000 shares of the financial institution was increased from 1 manat up to 1.2 manat.
