ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated this at a press conference.

He noted that everyone recognizes Nagorno-Karabakh as an integral part of Azerbaijan.

"Nagorno-Karabakh is an integral part of Azerbaijan, so the only state language operating on the entire territory of the country is the Azerbaijani language," the president stressed.
