February 28, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s mobile operator Azercell Telecom LLC does not rule out possible issue of securities.

Company’s president Vahid Mursaliyev has stated that many companies around the world resort to such measures amid the crisis.

"Possibly in the future Azercell will think about the issue of IPO, but such a decision could be made only by the founder shareholders," Mursaliyev said.
