November 25, Fineko/abc.az. In his address to the naton President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the entire Azerbaijani people on the liberation of Kelbajar district from occupation.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state said that the people of Azerbaijan have been looking forward to this day for years:

"Dear kelbajars, I congratulate you! Your home district is liberated from occupation!"
