Roads opened - ban lifted

September 8, Fineko/abc.az. In compliance with the decision of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet Ministers, adopted on 4 September, the ban on leaving Baku, Sumgait and Absheron district has been lifted from today.

ABC.AZ reports that after the roads are opened, Azerbaijani citizens will be able to move around in cars. Intercity and inter-district passenger transport is not allowed.
