Holcim (Azerbaijan) shareholders to gather for a meeting in March

January 29, Fineko/abc.az. The shareholders of Holcim (Azerbaijan) are to hold an annual meeting.

The Company informs that the final meeting will be held on 15 March.

"On meeting agenda are such questions as election of the chairman of the general meeting, changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board, the amendments to the Company’s Charter and approval of the report by the end of 2017," Holcim said.
