August 12, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has registered 93 new cases of coronavirus infection, while 202 people were cured and released home, ABC.AZ was informed at the Operational Headquarters of the Cabinet Ministers.

Two persons, whose tests taken for COVID-19 were positive, died.

So far, a total of 33,824 cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in the country, of which 31,058 people have been cured, 497 people have died, and the number of active patients is 2,269.

For the past 24 hours 8,054 tests were conducted and the total number of tests in the country has reached 804,513.
