July 14, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) has sued Synergy Jet LLC, part of Synergy Group LLC.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Ranking that the cause of action is disputes over obligations arising from the loan agreement.

The defendant in the case is individual Ayaz Gahramanov. He is also the director of AtaLizinq LLC, part of Ata Holding LLC.

The case is currently being considered at the Baku Court of Appeal. The case is considered by judge Vusala Bakhishova.
