Finance Ministry requires financial statements from companies

June 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance has appealed to commercial organizations and public legal entities, institutions of public significance that prepare consolidated financial statements, as well as receive a loan under a governmental guarantee or participate in projects relating to the expenditure of public debt, as well as allocate budget funds from the country’s budget related to the implementation of subsidies, subventions, grants or certain powers.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Ministry's request, commercial organizations and public legal entities that receive loans under state guarantee or participate in projects related to the expenditure of public debt, as well as those that allocate budget funds from the budget in connection with the implementation of subsidies, subventions, grants or certain powers, in accordance with Articles 12.2 and 12.8 of the Law on Accounting, the annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements must be submitted to the Ministry of Finance together with the audit report.
