January 10, Fineko/abc.az. Lənkəran-Süd OJSC is going to conduct an urgent meeting of shareholders.
ABC.AZ reports with reference to newspaper Vergiler (Taxes) that the meeting will be held on 4 February.
The shareholders must arrive at 12 am in the city of Lankaran, Levengi district. The meeting participants will discuss the results of Company’s financial and economic activities for 2019, the approval of the draft amendments to the Charter, and the appointment of an authorized person.
