Electronic tax invoice not to be issued from January

December 29, Fineko/abc.az. According to the amendments to the Tax Code, the issuance of an electronic tax invoice for goods (works, services) has been canceled since 1 January 2020.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Department of Media & Communications of the Ministry of Taxes that from this date, VAT payers for delivered goods will present only e-invoices.

Thus, according to the legislation, the replacement of VAT paid for goods (works, services) purchased within the specified period is made in accordance with the procedure valid until 1 January 2020.
