December 5, Fineko/abc.az. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Bank Respublika will be held.

The Bank informed ABC.AZ that the meeting will be held at 11 am on 7 January 2020 at the Bank's head office (add: 21, Khagani Street).

The meeting will discuss the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, the financial results 2019, the policy of remuneration and bonuses, the Regulation of the general meeting of shareholders, the Regulation of the Supervisory Board.
