November 5, Fineko/abc.az. Changes have been made in the shareholders' shares in the authorized capital of Unibank.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Bank that in this regard, as a result of the sale and purchase transaction between the major shareholders of Commercial Bank Unibank, Eldar Garibov's share in the authorized capital of the Bank grew from 41.9091% up to 77.3839%.

Garibov, restoring the previous level, has increased the share of participation in Bank’s authorized capital. The participation rate of the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) was 9%. This transaction was concluded with mediation of Bank's subsidiary - UniCapital Investment Company in the amount of 16,392,273 registered non-documentary voting shares that made up 35.4748% of all shares in Bank’s authorized capital.
