October 23, Fineko/abc.az. The State Customs Committee reports that Azerbaijan transported 5.26 million tons of cargo for $2.26 bn by rail for the first 9 months of this year.

Over Jan-Sept the cost of 1.669 million tons of cargo exported by rail amounted to $520.59 million.

During the same period the volume of goods imported by rail amounted to 3.59 million tons for $1.74 bn.
