October 21, Fineko/abc.az. Baku is hosting the Azerbaijan-Switzerland Business Forum today.

Delivering speech at the event, acting head of the Azerbaijan Export & Investment Promotion Foundation (Azpromo) Yusif Abdullayev stated that so far Switzerland has invested $861 million in the economy of Azerbaijan.

Abdullayev pointed out that $794 million of those investments were directed for the non-oil sector and $66 million for the oil sector. Azerbaijan has invested $2.7 bn in the Swiss economy, including $1.9 bn is in the oil sector and $760 million in the non-oil sector.
