July 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) has issued a statement on DemirBank OJSC, which is in the process of liquidation.

ADIF informs the creditors that in accord with Article 82.1.5 of the Law on Banks the payment on claims of Bank’s employees and former employees on payment of benefits, wages for the period of no more than six months before the date of court's decision on bankruptcy notice will begin from 29 July 2019.

Payment of claims will be carried out in a cashless form.

In connection with the payment of claims to the ADIF (16, Babek Avenue, Baku) it is necessary to apply with the relevant documents (indicating bank details).
