November 24, Fineko/abc.az. Prices in the Baku rental property market decreased for the past month

Nusret Ibrahimov, general director of consulting company MBA Group, says that in October prices fell by 2.83% versus September and by 10.85% compared to the 2016 same term.

"The price hike in the housing rental market of Baku was observed between August and September, and in October the market stabilized," he emphasized.
