February 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan sold state medium-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange.

The BSE reports that on 26 February the bond issue for AZN 15 million with ISIN-code AZ0106003756 and with circulation period of 1092 days was placed.

During the auction the 5 investors submitted 7 applications in price interval from AZN 98.1897 per bond (yield: 9.7100%) to AZN 101.5624 (8.4000%), in the total amount of AZN 25.019 million.

Under Finance Ministry’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of 100.0000 (yield: 9.0000%) and the weighted average price at AZN 100.0776 (8.9699%).

As a result, the bonds were placed for AZN 15 million.

The maturity date of the bonds is 22 February 2022.
