January 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan sold state medium-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange.

The BSE reports that on 29 January the bond issue for AZN 15 million with ISIN-code AZ0106001750 and with circulation period of 1,092 days was placed.

During the auction the four investors submitted 5 applications in price interval from AZN 98.1645 AZN per bond (yield: 10.0356%) to AZN 100.0774 (8.9568%), in the total amount of AZN 12.567 million.

Under Finance Ministry’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of 100.0000 (yield: 9.0000%) and the weighted average price at AZN 100.0067 (8.9962%). The bonds were placed in the amount of AZN 11.549 million.

The maturity date of the bonds is 25 January 2022.
