October 27, Fineko/abc.az. The data on earnings of Azerbaijani banks from loans for Jan-Sept 2026 has been published.

According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, in the first 9 months of this year, banks' interest income on loans amounted to 3.38 bn manats (493 million manats or 17% more against Jan-Sept 2025 - 2.887 bn manats.

Over Jan-Sept 2026, interest expenses totaled 1.548 bn manats. The main part of interest expenses accounted for interest payments on deposits.
