October 15, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2026, Azerishig OJSC repaired 1,100 transformers in the territories of Azerbaijan, liberated from occupation.

Vusal Ganbarov, the director of the Technical Department at Azerishig, made this statement at a press conference devoted to the restoration and reconstruction work carried out over the past 9 months in the liberated territories and throughout the country.

According to Ganbarov, the company is currently continuing operations in the liberated lands.

"During the occupation, towns and villages in these territories were destroyed. Work is currently underway to build new substations in the liberated districts," he noted.
