September 30, Fineko/abc.az. According to Financial Monitoring Service’s new resolution, from October 1, 2026, the annual minimum threshold of 20,000 manats (or equivalent) has been set for financial institutions providing information on electronic transfers to the FMS.

After the amount of client's e-transfers for a calendar year reaches this amount, each subsequent transaction (transfers between accounts, without an account, to an e-wallet and virtual assets) will be reported to the FMS.

Also, data on the beneficial owners of legal entities must be submitted to the Service until December 31, 2027.
