August 26, Fineko/abc.az. According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), the banking sector's foreign liabilities decreased by 29.5 million AZN year-to-date, standing at 3,232.3 million AZN.

The Central Bank noted that this reduction was primarily driven by a decline in the volume of short-term deposits attracted from non-resident banks.
