August 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Seaside Boulevard Department (SBD) closed 2025 with a net profit of 3.704 million AZN. According to the entity's financial report, this reflects a 15.4% increase compared to 2024.

During the reporting period, SBD's primary operating revenues surged by 36.45% to 7.798 million AZN, while other operating revenues rose by 18.9% to 20.088 million AZN. Material expenses grew 2.1-fold to 1.883 million AZN, personnel costs climbed 15.4% to 16.205 million AZN, and depreciation costs reached 2.975 million AZN (up 2.1-fold). Income tax payments decreased by 30.3% to 27,000 AZN.

As of January 1 of this year, total assets fell by 4% to 206.319 million AZN. SBD's liabilities dropped significantly by 50.2% to 12.099 million AZN, while total equity edged up by 1.9% to 194.22 million AZN.

Established in 2008 with a charter capital of 65.211 million AZN, the entity was recently reorganized from a public legal entity into a Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) by decree of President Ilham Aliyev.
