August 25, Fineko/abc.az. An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Respublika OJSC will be held on September 24.

The meeting will take place at the bank's head office located at 21 Khagani Street, Baku.

The agenda for the meeting includes the following items:

• Capital Increase: Increasing the charter capital of Bank Respublika and approving amendments and additions to the bank's charter.

• Review of Previous Decisions: Reviewing certain decisions adopted during the meeting held on July 24 and making relevant resolutions on those matters.

• Contracts and Governance: Approving agreement(s) to be concluded with related parties and reviewing the composition of the Supervisory Board.
