August 14, Fineko/abc.az. During January-July 2026, the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy registered ownership rights and issued title extracts for 207,035 real estate properties.

Primary registrations accounted for 39,556 (19%) of total property titles, while 167,479 (81%) represented secondary registrations.

Over the seven-month period, title registrations were executed for 101,351 land plots, 52,822 apartments, 44,830 private houses and dachas, 5,684 non-residential spaces, 1,918 non-residential buildings, 366 property complexes, and 64 multi-storey residential buildings. Geographically, 60,360 ownership rights were registered in Baku, with the remainder spread across regional districts.
