August 12, Fineko/abc.az. As of August 1, the total number of registered taxpayers in the country reached 1,715,746.

According to the State Tax Service, 86.7% of taxpayers were physical entities, while 13.3% were legal entities and other organizations.

Compared to the same period last year, the total number of taxpayers increased by 4.8%, with physical entities rising by 4.6% and legal entities by 5.9%.
