August 12, Fineko/abc.az. At the end of June this year, rental prices in Azerbaijan rose by 7.4% compared to the same period last year and by 0.3% compared to the end of May.

According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan's "Monetary Policy Review," overall real estate prices increased by 8.6% in June.

Price changes by market segment:

• Primary housing market: average increase of 12.4%;

• Secondary housing market: average increase of 8.6%.
