June 2, Fineko/abc.az. The introduction of digital technologies within the framework of cooperation with SOCAR makes it possible to increase the efficiency of energy projects.

ABC.AZ reports that SLB Executive Vice President for Geography Steve Gassen said this during his speech at panel discussions at the Baku Energy Forum.

He noted that the introduction of the latest digital technologies in the energy sector makes an important contribution to more efficient field development and optimization of production processes.

"SLB supports various development projects within the cooperation with SOCAR and attaches particular importance to introduction of innovative solutions in this area. Digital technologies play an important role in the development of deposits that have historically not been fully developed. As the projects move towards the final investment decision, new opportunities will appear," he said.
