June 1, Fineko/abc.az. Currently, the main factor in the energy sector is the safe supply of resources, and Azerbaijan is one of the few countries that does this.

ABC.AZ informs that Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov stated rthis at the 31st Baku Energy Forum.

The minister noted that the Hormuz crisis and the possible disruption of supplies of a fifth of the world's oil and liquefied natural gas (LNG) have increased the importance of energy supply.:

"This uncertainty increases the importance of Azerbaijan. We are turning the Caspian Sea into a major force."
