May 25, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), permission was granted for admission to trading of bonds of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB) OJSC.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the BSE that the subscription for securities with total volume of 5 million manats will begin on May 26, 2026 and end on June 16, 2026. The placement of bonds with INN (ISIN) AZ2007004586 will take place on June 18, 2026.

The bond issue parameters are as follows:

Number of bonds: 50,000 bonds

Nominal value: 100 manats

Annual yield: 10%

Circulation period: 2 years

Interest payment period: every 30 days (from the date of the first bond placement)

Type of bonds: interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented, registered

Underwriter: Investment company ABB-Invest CJSC
