May 21, Fineko/abc.az. The bond auction of FERRUM Kapital CJSC has been successfully completed at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the BSE that public auctions for the placement of securities with ISIN code AZ2023022281 ended on May 21.

Since the trading results comply with the requirements of the BSE relevant rules, the mentioned bonds were included in the segment of the Standard Market Listing of the Exchange. On May 1, 2026, the BSE Listing Committee decided to grant a "Trading Permit" to allow the company's bonds to be traded.

As a result of the auction, the entire volume of the issue was fully realized - bonds for 1 million manats (10,000 bonds). During the bidding process, which was conducted, using the single price method, the initial and final auction price was 100 manats. Interest in the bonds turned out to be high: thus, all 50 applications received from 50 investors were secured in full.

The annual yield of bonds with maturity of 12 months is 14%. The interest payment will be carried out once every 3 calendar months (provided that 30 days are accepted in the month), starting from the date of placement of the first bond. Investment company UniCapital OJSC acted as the underwriter of the placement of these interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary and registered bonds.
