May 12, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan and BP discussed issues of energy and decarbonization. ABC.AZ  reports that Azerbaijani Minister of Energy Parviz Shahabazov wrote this on X.

The minister met with Meg O'Neill, Chief Executive Officer of BP on Tuesday.

"Over 30 years of successful Azerbaijan-bp partnership, we discussed the expanding scope of cooperation ranging from energy security to renewable energy and decarbonization. We also assessed the significance of the innovative mechanism for the virtual transmission of green electrons within the framework of the Shafag project," Shahbazov wrote on X.
