May 7, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Thursday’s trading after a significant drop following two previous sessions.
As of 09:14, at the ICE Futures Europe stock exchange, July’s Brent crude futures rose by $0.60 (0.59%) to $101.87 per barrel. Following the trading on May 6, this contract fell by $8.60 (7.83%) to $101.27 per barrel.
At the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the price of June’s WTI crude oil futures grew by $0.52 (0.55%) up to $95.60 per barrel by 09:14. Following the previous session, the contract decreased by $7.19 (7.03%) to $95.08 per barrel.
