April 27, Fineko/abc.Az. The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) transferred 173.623 billion manats to the State Budget as of March 31, 2026.

ABC.AZ reports that according to SOFAZ, 3.21 billion manats were transferred to the State Budget as part of SOFAZ budget implementation for 2026 (410.3 million manats or 11.3% less against the 2025 same term).

At the beginning of 2026, SOFAZ assets amounted to $73.54 billion (125.2 billion manats). According to the report, SOFAZ’s assets as of March 31, 2026 totaled $73.515 billion (124.976 billion manats).

In addition, for Jan-Mar 2026, SOFAZ's overall revenues reached 3.18 billion manats.

SOFAZ’s oil and gas revenues totaled 1.803 billion manats. SOFAZ overall revenues from SOFAZ management activities totaled 1.376 billion manats, including extra-budgetary revenues from changes in the price of gold and exchange differences in currencies reached 2.117 billion manats. At the same time, amid changes in the market value of the investment portfolio, a drop in investment income was recorded by 741.1 million manats. Budget expenditures totaled 3.223 billion manats.
