April 27, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark prices are increasing in Monday's trading.
As of 09:15 on Baku time, the price of June’s Brent crude futures grew by $1.84 (1.75%) up to $107.17 per barrel at the ICE Futures Europe exchange. Following the trading on April 24, this contract rose in price by $0.26 (0.25%) up to $105.33 per barrel.

The market is supported by ongoing geopolitical risks in the Middle East: negotiations between the U.S. and Iran remain inconclusive, and shipping through the Strait of Hormuz remains limited, which increases fears of a reduction in global oil supplies and puts upward pressure on prices.
Following the past week, crude oil Brent rose by 16.5% and WTI by 14.3%.
