April 24, Fineko/abc.az. Caspian Finance Bank Olmayan Kredit Təşkilatı LLC ha sannounced a sharp reduction in the authorized capital.

ABC.AZ informs that in accordance with the resolution of the General Meeting of Participants, dated April 20, 2026, No. 04/2026-2, amendments were made to the authorized capital of the company. According to the decision, the authorized capital of 5 million manats, previously increased at the expense of real estate (decision No. 05/2025-02 dated May 29, 2025), was reduced by returning this property from the capital.

The authorized capital of the NBCO was 10 million manats.
