April 23, Fineko/abc.az. A fee will be set for inclusion in the register of persons wishing to engage in financial rental activities.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the draft amendments to the Law on State Duty, discussed at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.

According to the draft law, the state fee for inclusion in the register of financial landlords of persons wishing to engage in financial rental activities will amount to 550 manats.

This law will enter into force 6 months after its publication.

In the Law on Financial Lease, term (concept) “leasing", used in national legislation, will be replaced by term "financial lease".
