March 31, Fineko/abc.az. A large residential complex, the construction of which has been frozen and has not been completed, will be put up for auction in the city of Sumgait at 10:00 a.m. on April 21, 2026.

ABC.AZ informs that an unfinished building of a residential complex consisting of 1,242 apartments has been put up for sale. The facility is located in Sumgait, in the southern part of a pile yarn factory. The customer of the project is the State Committee for Refugees & IDPs. The main indicators of the real estate being auctioned:

The area of the privatized land plot: 30,000 sq m.

The initial selling price of the property: 13,370,000 manats

Initial sale price of the land plot: 1,500,000 manats

Total starting price: 14,870,000 manats

10% deposit amount: 1,487,000 manat

The auction will be conducted by the auction commission at the address: 4/12 building, 18th block, Sumgait city (building of the Sumgait Territorial Department of the State Service for Property Issues).
