February 10, Fineko/abc.az. As a result of digitalization measures in the insurance sector, execution of requests on Form 4 has become more expeditious and efficient.

ABC.AZ informs, quoting Khanim Jamalova, the head of the Business Development Department of the Compulsory Insurance Bureau, as saying this at the presentation of the annual report on strategic projects implemented in 2025.

She noted that the new system introduced in 2025 ensures the electronic provision of certificates on Form 4 for voluntary insurance contracts.

As part of the project, the process of accessing insurance event data has been fully digitized. As a result, insurance companies can now receive the necessary data directly through a single information portal, without contacting Bureau's support service.

The new mechanism allows companies to quickly receive information about events, which reduces the time required to complete requests and reduces the burden on operational processes.
