January 13, Fineko/abc.az. As a result of the compliance audit conducted in 2024, a number of issues revealed by the State Social Protection Fund have not yet been fulfilled.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to Accounts Chamber’s report, that the audit included the execution of revenues and expenditures of the SSPF budget, as well as the management of available funds.

According to the results, provision of income tax reports on investment activities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, as well as ensuring the payment of income tax to the State Budget, was not carried out.

However, even the full inclusion of income and expenses in the legislation and reporting information on Fund's budgets within the state compulsory personal insurance system has not yet been completed, despite an audit conducted in 2024.

The execution of audit decisions on these issues is currently under monitoring.
