Justice Ministry has approved a new board of directors of Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan

January 8, Fineko/abc.az. The relevant department of the Ministry of Justice has registered the new leadership of the Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan in the state register.

ABC.AZ was informed at the SAA that the official statement in this regard was presented to the Society on January 7, 2026.

With the completion of the registration, the management structure of the Society was designed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. This decision allowed for a more systematic structuring of company's activities, ensuring transparency and continuity in management.

The new board will continue its activities in the coming period in the direction of increasing professionalism in the field of assessment, protecting the interests of members, strengthening educational work in this area and introducing international experience. The Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers plans to further expand cooperation with government agencies, the private sector and international partners.

The Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan was founded in 1998 and is one of the first associative public associations in our country. Vugar Oruj, who has been heading the organization since May 2022, is also the president of the Council of Appraisers of the Turkic States (CAATS), which includes Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, which closely cooperates with the appraisal associations of Russia, Belarus and Georgia, and which represents more than 700 appraisers companies and thousands of appraisers.
