January 8, Fineko/abc.az. This year, the largest amount of funds from the budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (157.479 million manats) will be allocated for the field of education, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Ministry of Finance of Nakhchivan.

In addition, 86.139 million manats will be allocated for the judiciary, law enforcement and prosecutor's offices during the year, 74.485 million manats for national services, 43.655 million manats for economic activities, and 27.8 million manats for services not classified as the main sections, 26.3 million manats for culture, art, information, physical education and youth policy, 16.863 million manats for housing and communal services,14.169 million manats  for environmental protection, 13.77 million manats for healthcare, 12.706 million manats for social protection and social security and 10.776 million manats for agriculture.

This year, NAR’s budget revenues are projected at the level of 483.178 million manats. Of them, 271.55 million manats will be local revenues and 211.628 million manats will be subsidies from the State Budget.

Compared with 2025, the forecast for local revenues increased by 74.85 million manats, while the volume of subsidies decreased by 64.12 million manats. This indicates the strengthening of the financial independence of the region.
