January 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, individuals’ money transfers from Azerbaijan to Austria amounted to $3.79 million ($518,000, or 12% less against the 2024 same term), ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

Austria's share in the overall volume of money transfers from Azerbaijan abroad was 1%.

Also, in the first 9 months of 2025, individuals’ money transfers from Austria to Azerbaijan totaled $7.504 million ($4.9 million or 39.5% less versus Jan-Sept 2024).

Austria's share in overall volume of money transfers from abroad to Azerbaijan was 0.9%.

For Jan-Sept 2024, individuals’ money transfers from Azerbaijan to Austria amounted to $4.308 million, and in the opposite direction - $12.414 million.

In general, in the first 9 months of 2025, individuals’ money transfers from Azerbaijan to foreign countries reached $361.357 million ($46.925 million, or 11.5% less against Jan-Sept 2024).

At the same time, individuals’ money transfers from foreign countries to Azerbaijan totaled $849.9 million ($1.404 million, or 0.2% more against Jan-Sept 2024).
