Volume of orders for gas supplies from Azerbaijan to Europe via TAP increased

January 5, Fineko/abc.az. The Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), which transports Azerbaijani natural gas to Europe, received applications for 363.848 million kWh from Kipoi dispatch point in Greece from January 5 to January 12.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the TAP electronic platform, the figure is 4.1% more than on Monday last week.

This is 0.85% less than the orders on December 30, and 0.86% less than on December 31. At the same time, this volume corresponds to the orders for the period from January 1 to January 5.

Daily orders from January 5 to January 12 from the point of departure in Komotini, Greece, were registered in the amount of 28.674 million kWh, the same as last week.

From January 5 to January 12, an order for 30.346 million kWh was received from the Greek shipping point of Nea Mesimvria. This volume corresponds to the order volume of the previous week.

Gas supply orders from the Italian shipping point of Melenugno from January 5 to January 12 were received in the amount of 304.828 million kWh. This is 6.2% more than the figures for the gas supply order from this shipping point as of December 29.

Compared to the figures for orders on December 30 and 31, gas supplies from this shipping point increased by 0.12%. Gas supplies from the Melendugno shipping point remained at the same level compared to orders for the period from January 1 to January 5.
