December 22, Fineko/abc.az. Individuals’ money transfers from Azerbaijan to the UK amounted to $20.474 milliofor Jan-Sept 2025 ($1.5 million or 7% less against Jan-Sept 2024), ABC.AZ informs with reference to the CBA.

The share of this country in overall money transfers from Azerbaijan abroad made up 5.7%.

Also, for the first 9 months of this year, individuals’ money transfers from the UK to Azerbaijan totaled $30.647 million ($5.1 million or 20.1% more versus Jan-Sept 2024).

UK’s share in overall money transfers from abroad to Azerbaijan was 3.6%.

In the first 9 months of 2024, individuals’ money transfers from Azerbaijan to the UK amounted to $22.020 million, and in the opposite direction - $25.520 million.

As a whole, for Jan-Sept 2025, individuals’ money transfers from Azerbaijan to foreign countries totaled $361.357 million ($46.925 million, or 11.5% less against Jan-Sept 2024).

At the same time, individuals’ money transfers from foreign countries to Azerbaijan reached $849.9 million ($1.404 million or 0.2% more against Jan-Sept 2024).
