December 18, Fineko/abc.az. Mercedes-Benz, together with developer Binghatti, will build the world's first large residential complex under carmaker's brand Mercedes-Benz Places - Binghatti City in Meydan district.

ABC.AZ informs that the project with an area of 850,000 sq m and investment volume of $8.2 bn will be launched on January 14, 2026.

The complex is conceived as a fully integrated "city within a city" with residential towers, public spaces, shopping streets, parks, cultural and entertainment facilities, as well as well-developed pedestrian and transport infrastructure. The project is part of Mercedes-Benz's strategy to expand its business beyond the automotive industry.
