December 1, Fineko/abc.az. As of November 1, 2025, the total volume of loans allocated for construction amounted to 1.51 billion manats.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to Central Bank’s statistics, that this means a rise of 34.8 million manats or 2.4% versus Jan-Oct 2024.

Thus, as of November 1, 2024, loans for 1.476 billion manats were allocated to construction companies.

The growth was faster compared to the beginning of the year and the previous month. By the end of last year (1.369 billion manats), the portfolio grew by 142.6 million manats (10.4%). And over the past month (compared with October), an increase of 9.2 million manats (0.6%) was recorded.

Loans given to the construction sector amounted to 1.502 billion manats as of October 1, 2025, 1.369 billion manats at the end of last year, and 1.476 billion manats for Jan-Oct 2024.
