Deutsche Bank predicts Fed policy easing and acceleration of global growth in 2026

17:29 - 24.11.2025

November 24, Fineko/abc.az. Deutsche Bank predicts that the Fed will cut interest rates three times in 2026, while the ECB will leave policy unchanged and the Bank of Japan will raise interest rates twice.

ABC.AZ informs that the bank estimates that the global economy will accelerate to 3.1% due to lower inflation, the restoration of global supply chains and improved terms of trade. The most noticeable growth is expected in the U.S. and China. In the U.S., the economy may expand by 2.4% amid lower interest rates, stronger investment and consumer demand. Lower inflation in the leading economies will create more opportunities for central banks to pursue flexible policies.
